Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa, known as Burj Dubai before its inauguration, is a tall skyscraper in Dubai, UAE. Having a total height of 829.8 m, Burj Khalifa is the tallest structure in the world since 2008. 

Dubai Museum

This museum was opened in 1971 by the then ruler with an aim of presenting the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai. This is the main museum and is located in the Al Fahidi Fort which is the oldest existing building in Dubai. The museum showcases the following -

  •  Galleries displaying general culture of the land, especially in the 1800

  • Anitiquities and artifacts from African & Asian countries that traded with Dubai

  • Dioramas illustrating life in Emirates before the advent of oil

Bastakia (Old Dubai)

An Aromatic incense hangs thick and heavy in the air, waves lap gently on the shore jetties, and the market traders call to the passers by in this place of the city. Al Fahidi District on the Creekside is one of the oldest heritage sites in Dubai, easily recognizable with its iconic wind towers--the original air conditioning.

Dubai Creek is a saltwater creek located in Dubai, UAE. It extends through to the Persian Gulf as part of the Dubai canal.
